Unbalanced or balanced labyrinth Parri multi stage pressure control valve is designed for a variety of process fluid conditions that are prone to blockage or cavitation; Innovatively designed multi-piece labyrinth disc combinations, each is specifically designed according to different pressure reduction levels and flow capabilities, from the lowest level 2 to the highest level 8, all integrated in the labyrinth disk. The flow channel in each labyrinth has different number of corners and compressed or expanded flow channel groove depending on pressure reduction level. Each multi stage pressure control valve uses a structure of minimum of seven pieces and a maximum of fifteen labyrinth discs overlay. The labyrinth disc design calculates each CV value and flow characteristics accurately through simulated fluid simulation. DN15-DN50 adopt unbalanced type, DN50 and above adopt balanced type.
